1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how CacheAI Technologies, Inc. ("CacheAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Cache AI Solution, including APIs, SDKs, and related services.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to: API usage of the Cache AI Solution, metadata, logs, and system-level operational data, and future UI-based services when introduced.

Customer Data remains owned by the Customer.

3. Types of Data We Process

3.1 Customer Data Customer Data may include: inputs submitted to the Cache AI Solution and outputs generated for the Customer. Customers retain ownership of Customer Data.



3.2 Usage Data and Logs We may collect and process usage data, logs, and metadata, including: request timestamps, request frequency, request size, cache hit / miss data, routing and optimization signals, performance metrics, error logs, and diagnostic data.



3.3 Technical and Operational Data We may process technical and operational data such as: API keys, authentication data, infrastructure logs, and system interaction patterns.

4. How We Use Data

4.1 Service Operation To operate the Cache AI Solution, including processing API requests and returning outputs.



4.2 System Performance and Optimization We use logs and metadata to improve system performance, including: cache optimization, routing improvements, latency reduction, system efficiency, and reliability improvements.



4.3 Security and Abuse Prevention We may use data to: monitor system health, detect misuse, prevent unauthorized access, and protect the Cache AI Solution and Core AI System.



4.4 Internal Improvement We may use usage data, logs, and metadata for internal improvement of the Cache AI Solution. We do not use Customer Data to train external AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing. We do not sell Customer Data.

5. Core AI System Protection

The Cache AI Solution includes proprietary technology, including internal state reuse mechanisms, cache hit logic, routing logic, optimization methods, evaluation methods, and other non-public technical know-how.

To protect the Core AI System, we may analyze usage patterns and system interactions to detect misuse, reverse engineering attempts, or attempts to infer protected system logic.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share Customer Data with third parties except: as required by law, as necessary to provide the Cache AI Solution through infrastructure or service providers, or as permitted under an applicable Order Form, agreement, or Data Processing Addendum.

We do not permit third parties to use Customer Data to train external AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for: service operation, security, performance optimization, compliance, and contractual obligations.

Specific retention periods may be further defined in an Order Form, DPA, or other written agreement.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including: access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest (where applicable), monitoring and anomaly detection, and internal access limitations.

9. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.

Where required by applicable law, we may implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. GDPR Readiness and Data Protection Roles

Where applicable, the Customer acts as the data controller and CacheAI acts as the data processor with respect to personal data processed through the Cache AI Solution.

A separate Data Processing Addendum may apply where required.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for: ensuring they have the right to submit data to the Cache AI Solution, obtaining required consents, complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws, and avoiding submission of sensitive personal data unless expressly agreed.

12. Future UI Services

If CacheAI introduces UI-based services in the future, additional personal data may be collected.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect such services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law or contract.
